Nubia DuVall Wilson,
Co-Founder
Business Development | Talent Management

Nubia DuVall Wilson has been a storyteller and writer since she was old enough to put a pencil in her hand. A nationally recognized journalist and published author, Nubia graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University, with a Bachelor’s degree in English and minor in Religion. Her thesis focused on African American literature, post-colonialism, and Black stereotypes in media. She studied screenplay writing at UCLA extension. In addition to her articles in Real Simple, New York magazine, and INDUSTRY, among others, her published works include Encounters with Strangers and The Survivors Club. She is also the founder and president of the award-winning lifestyle PR and marketing agency Cielo Consulting. At Starfury Productions, she brings her decades of experience creating content for some of the most recognizable brands, pitching concepts, developing business, cultivating partnerships with production companies and working with celebrity talent. Naomi Pandolfi,
Co-Founder
Head of Development | Scriptwriter

Naomi Oami Pandolfi is an LA-based producer and writer who is represented by Snow Entertainment. She is a graduate from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC. She has worked as a writer/producer with various production companies, such as HAK Vision, Picture Zero Entertainment, CleverChimp Productions, and United Imagery. TV and films for which she has created stories, characters, and dialogue, and developed series concepts include Virus (2019, development); Denim (2018, United Imagery, post-production); Coded (2018, CleverChimp Productions, pre-production); Mayhaven (2017, MVP Media 5, purchased); and Lost Pharm (2017, HAK Vision, post-production). She has also worked extensively in theater, having the honor of performing in the original Broadway show Jury Duty with two-time Telly Award winner JD Lawrence. Additionally, Naomi has written lifestyle and entertainment articles for The Knockturnal and Hey Beauti. Guy Fortt,

Guy Fortt is a producer and actor who studied at Columbia University. He has been featured on Broadway in Oprah Winfrey’s The Color Purple. Film credits include Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Always, starring Ryan Eggold; David Frankel’s The Devil Wears Prada starring Meryl Streep; director Sydney Pollack’s The Interpreter, starring Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn; director Spike Lee’s 25th Hour and She Hate Me. Wearing his producer hat, Guy produced and shot Black Privilege, White Power with Daniel Danielson and Martha Pinson, Martin Scorses’s former Script Director. He also helped produce Don’t Nobody Love the Game More Than Me and several others. Guy is currently represented by A3 Artist and Stewart Talent Agency. He is based in Stamford, CT.
